Connect the sales conversation to the field-service record.
Use Mirylo for the lead-management workflow you need around ServiceTitan.
Two systems. Clear responsibilities.
Proposed roles. Your exact records and events are verified in scope.
Start with the documented connection.
ServiceTitan provides APIs and a developer portal. Access involves account permissions and application credentials; the endpoints and access available to your account need to be checked before the connection is scoped.
ServiceTitan developer documentationDocumentation reviewed September 17, 2026. Access can change. Mirylo is independent; no vendor endorsement is claimed.
A connection has to survive a normal workday.
- 01
Contact → customer
Decide when a lead is ready to create or match a customer. An unqualified inquiry should not automatically become unnecessary operational data.
- 02
Appointment → job / appointment
Map the relevant identifiers and define reschedule and cancellation behavior. Preliminary estimates may need a different rule from site visits.
- 03
Estimate → sales opportunity
Agree which events and values return to the CRM and which record remains authoritative.
- 04
Outcome → reporting
Choose the date and value basis. A won opportunity, completed job and received payment answer different questions.
Checks for your ServiceTitan account
- Confirm API access and the necessary administrator permissions.
- Identify the business units, job types and campaigns in scope.
- Test duplicate customers, multiple opportunities and rescheduled visits.
- Decide how missed updates are detected and reconciled.
What this connection does not imply
A custom implementation is not a claim that every ServiceTitan feature is available through the API. We verify the selected objects, permissions and update behavior before confirming the scope.
Agree the records, events, direction and acceptance tests. Additional systems and historical cleanup are separate workstreams.
Try the update that usually gets missed.
Choose an event. What would you verify at the other end?
Proposed tests, not a live ServiceTitan connection. Available records and events depend on your account, permissions and agreed scope.
