JobTread

Keep sales and project delivery connected.

A signed project should arrive in operations with useful context.

Less retyping starts with a clear handoff.
01 / Agree the handoff

Two systems. Clear responsibilities.

Mirylo / GoHighLevelLead source, conversations, qualification and the next sales action.
JobTreadThe agreed estimating, project and operational records used after the handoff.

Proposed roles. Your exact records and events are verified in scope.

02 / Check what is available

Start with the documented connection.

JobTread publishes an open API for custom connections and reporting. Its integrations directory also lists a native HighLevel integration. We review the available native connection first and scope custom work only where your process needs it.

03 / Trace the work

A connection has to survive a normal workday.

  1. 01

    Sales opportunity → project context

Define the milestone that creates or links the operational record and which notes should accompany it.

  2. 02

    Estimate → sales status

Agree the supported estimate events the office needs to see, without duplicating the estimate-authoring process.

  3. 03

    Won work → operations

Assign responsibility for the transition, including design or preconstruction work when it is part of your process.

  4. 04

    Project data → reporting

Keep quoted value, sold value and accounting outcomes distinct. Include only the data your agreed report actually uses.

Checks for your JobTread account
  • Review native HighLevel coverage against the required workflow.
  • Decide which system owns customer and project updates.
  • Keep pricebook creation and accounting setup separate unless explicitly scoped.
  • Test revised proposals, new projects for returning customers and canceled work.
What this connection does not imply

Job costing, pricebooks and accounting configuration are separate workstreams. An API connection does not automatically clean or reconcile those records.

Agree the records, events, direction and acceptance tests. Additional systems and historical cleanup are separate workstreams.

04 / Prove it with a project

Try the update that usually gets missed.

Choose an event. What would you verify at the other end?

CHANGE / JOBTREAD WORKFLOWNew project request
ACCEPTANCE CHECKCheck the intended person and project, duplicate rule and owner of the next reply.
CHANGE / JOBTREAD WORKFLOWAppointment time changes
ACCEPTANCE CHECKCheck the old time is released and the new time reaches the right record and person.
CHANGE / JOBTREAD WORKFLOWEstimate version changes
ACCEPTANCE CHECKCheck the current version and status. An old amount must not silently look accepted.

Proposed tests, not a live JobTread connection. Available records and events depend on your account, permissions and agreed scope.
